ABSTRACT
Fan Housing Model MK2 and MK6-10 are designed to inject Oxygen Clusters into an exhaust duct. The Oxygen Clusters mix and react with the Odours, Gases and Chemical Fumes & Vapours in the exhaust duct on contact in 5 – 15 seconds as the pollutants flow through the exhaust duct. Alternatively, for the treatment of work rooms, the bare Model 8000 Oxygen Cluster Units may simply be placed inside the mixing plenum of an air handling unit where they continually decontaminate, disinfect and deodorize the supply air as the air mixes and flows through the mixing plenum. The Bio-Oxygen units must be electrically interlocked with either the exhaust fan or with the supply fan of an air handling unit so that the equipment switches on/off with the respective fan, without fail.

ELECTRODE TUBES
Bio-Oxygen units are available with either 5 or 10 sockets. The Electrode Tubes simply screw into the sockets on the generator. Bio-Oxygen units are light and portable and may simply be unplugged and moved from AHU to AHU and from site to site. Electrode Tube Sizes: 150, 200, 250 and 300 mm. Selected size depends on available space in duct or plenum.

POSITIONING & ELECTRICAL WIRING
[1] For odour control of Exhaust Emissions, Fan Housing Model MK2 and/or MK6-10 (incorporating Oxygen Cluster Model 8000) are designed to be connected to the customer's exhaust duct and they inject Oxygen Clusters into the exhaust duct. Model MK2 and MK6-10 are electrically interlocked with the exhaust fan so that they switch on/off with the exhaust fan, without fail.

[2] For the purification of Work Rooms and Processing Rooms, the bare Model 8000 Oxygen Cluster Units may easily be retro-fitted to any existing air handling unit without structural changes. An access panel in the return air plenum is required so that the Bio-Oxygen unit may be placed and accessed inside the plenum. A power point is required inside the plenum. The power point must be interlocked with the supply fan of the air handling unit so that the Bio-Oxygen unit switches on/off with the supply fan, without fail.

ELECTRODE TUBE EXCHANGE CONTRACT
The Bio-Oxygen Electrode Tubes are only exchanged if the Customer enters into an Electrode Tube Exchange Contract with Bio-Oxygen. The Contract provides for:

• Yearly exchange of Electrode Tubes
• All Repairs, Parts Replacement, Exchange and Up-grades deemed necessary
• Break-down service

Electrode Tube Exchange Charges
Under the Electrode Tube Exchange Contract, we exchange the electrode tubes when due and invoice the customer yearly.
